Pure Core Tech

Pole: Static

Level: Not suitable for beginners. Must have completed Foundations block or had previous pole experience and are competent at the prerequisite moves

Class: 45 mins

For this block we ask that students be competent at the following moves:

* Basic invert

* Pole climbs

* Pole sits

* Spin combinations

This block focuses on core strength and technique. We teach the core moves that transition into most common pole moves with an emphasis on the entry body position. We teach a range of hand and leg grips rather than the individual tricks. You will learn entries/inverts onto the pole using the basic hand grip, split grip, gun grip, shoulder mount hold, cup grip and elbow/handstand. We teach you spin grips both two and one-handed, thigh and knee holds and upright and inverted hip holds.

Pure Flaunt

Pole: Spin or Static

Class: 45 mins

Levels: All levels

This class is taught in stilettos. We focus on sensuality, walking and stilettos drags, using the hands to frame the body, body rolls, head rolls, hair flicks, pole to floor transitions, drops and pops and sexy pole moves. You will learn how to link these components together to create a slow, sensual, sexy, short routine to old skool grooves. Great training for ladies looking to enter or who are currently working in clubs or for those who just want to find their mojo.
