Pole dancing builds strength and flexibility – without it being a chore! We think pole is the most fun you’ll EVER have working out (and it’s a GOOD workout!).

Our students also agree that pole classes are a great way to boost confidence and meet new people… so what are you waiting for?

Our first term of 2015 starts Mon Jan 11th – but we can accept late enrolments for some courses and we also have casual classes that can be started any time!
