Specialty Classes

Pure Pole also offers a range of specialty classes including one-on-one or small group private lessons, gradings for those who’ve poled before, Practice Times for students to work on tricks at their own pace. We also offer personal training sessions for those who want to boost their fitness regime with one-on-one PT sessions, as well as specialty courses such as our Pure Pole Prodigy performance challenge. Read more about these classes below…

Private Lessons

Want to learn in a private environment, or need some extra attention on a couple of tricks? Private lessons are 45 minutes long and are customised to your level and what you want to learn. Privates are available as one-on-ones or small group lessons with up to 4 participants. View our price list here.

Done pole before? Book a 20 minute one-on-one session with an instructor who will individually grade you, according to our block course curriculum. Gradings are a good choice if you have practiced or been taught pole dancing before and want to start at a higher level class than Beginners 1.

Practice Times

Practice times are available for students to come and practice what they’ve learnt on the poles at their own pace. An instructor will be on-site for supervision only. Pure Pole members are entitled to free Practice Times, but all polers are welcome, even if you’re not currently enroled in a course or doing classes with us.

Personal Training (PT)

Although pole dancing itself is a fantastic workout, many students (and instructors too!) take part in personal training to help them reach their goals faster. Pole dancing at all levels requires significant strength, co-ordination, stability and endurance. Personal training sessions are 45 minutes long with 10 minutes at the end for stretching and massage. All of our Cert III and IV qualified instructors are also available for PT sessions.

Pure Pole Prodigy – Performance Program

Pure Pole Prodigy is a specialised performance training program for dancers who have mastered the fundamental moves of pole dancing and are seeking further training in pole choreography and the art of performing and/or competing. Prodigy isn’t about the hardest tricks, or the craziest combos – it is about taking what you can do, and turning it into a great performance! More about Prodigy…
