8 Week Blocks
If you’re serious about learning to pole dance, Pure Pole Academy’s block courses are the way to go. Each week you will build on the moves you know, learning variations and extensions, as well as a variety of linking moves and combinations. These courses are designed to take you through the levels, from Beginners 1 right though to Intermediate and Advanced, where you’ll be pulling off acrobatics you’d only expect to see on stage! 8 week blocks are great because you will be learning with other people of the same skill level as you, with every student guaranteed a pole to themself!
One of our favourite things about pole dance is that it’s so diverse! If you want to try out some of the many other styles of pole, why not see which of our mini blocks take your fancy? Our mini courses range also includes E.R. Clinics – these are intensive style workshops that focus on the tricks and techniques for particular moves, such as the Handspring or Shouldermount. Many of our students take a 4 week block in addition to their regular 8 week course, to get a taste of something a little different – from Burlesque to Circus to Power Tricks, there’s something for everyone!
Want to try pole but not sure if it’s for you? Or LOVE pole, but can’t commit to an 8 week block, right now? Then our Casual Classes are the answer! Attendance is on a casual basis, with no bookings required – just turn up 10 minutes before to sign in! We have a wide range of Casual classes, from Mixed Level Pole Casuals, to Floor Flow, Choreo and Spin Casuals.
Pure Pole also offers a range of specialty classes including one-on-one or small group private lessons, gradings for those who’ve poled before, Practice Times for students to work on tricks at their own pace. We also offer personal training sessions for those who want to boost their fitness regime with one-on-one PT sessions, as well as specialty courses such as our Pure Pole Prodigy performance challenge.
